The cairn of Gavrinis is a megalithic monument located on the island of Gavrinis dependent on the Morbihan municipality of Larmor-Baden. The Gavrinis cairn has been classified as a historical monument since July 19, 1901.

These ruinsare those of a former guardhouse located at the end of the Pointe de Locmiquel. This one finds on the old way of the King, coastal way intended for the passage of the troops assigned to the defense of the Gulf. It faces a superb panorama of the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan.
Monk Island
